This delicate white tea from the Fujian region in China is blended with soft rose petals. White teas are amongst the rarest and most exotic teas. They are harvested in the spring season using only the best part of the tea plant - the two leaves and the bud. This tea brews a light liquor with a soft smooth taste finished with a touch of floral.
Tip: Use 1tsp per 6oz cup; heat fresh water to 80C; let steep 2-4 minutes.
