Highest grade Jasmine tea. Youngest tea shoots are layered multiple times with spring jasmine flowers. Jasmine is picked between midnight and sunrise – the most fragrant time for the flower. Stunning flavour and aroma.
Tip: Use 1 tsp per 6 oz cup; heat fresh water to 80C; let steep 1-3 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
