Mao Jiang - Organic

This green tea is considered to be one of the best in China. The name "Mao Jian" refers to the firmly rolled appearance of the leaves, slightly dark green, with delicate edges and pointed ends. Lovely aroma with a mildly astringent yet sweet taste.
Tip: Use 1 tsp per 6 oz cup; heat fresh water to 80C; let steep 1-3 minutes.
