Oolong Ti Kwan Yin - Iron Goddess of Mercy

Premium grade Oolong tea from the Fujian province. Legend says that the iron goddess of mercy appears to a farmer in a dream and told him to look in a cave behind the temple - there the farmer found a tea shoot which he cultivated. Very light musty taste - pale green, yellow.
Tip: Use 1 tsp per 6 oz cup; bring fresh water to a boil; let steep 2 min., good for double infusions.
