This equisite Oolong has been lightly oxidized giving it a light delicate liquor. The temperature shift during the harvest creates a heavenly sweet milk and orchid flavour in this rare tea.
Tip: Use 1tsp per 6oz cup; heat fresh water to 80C; steep 2-4 minutes. Good for multiple infusions.
