Summer Blend

This delightful blend of summer flavours is light and refreshing. We've combined a lovely, smooth Japanese green tea with fruit and flower - cherry, lavender, rose petals, lemon peel and calendula to name a few. The result is the perfect balance of flavours.
Tip: Use 1tsp per 6oz cup; heat fresh water to 80C; steep 1-3 minutes. Makes a great iced tea as well.
