This tea was the winner of the 2008 Guangzhou Tea Expo. It is smooth and mellow with the typical musty characteristics of Pu-Ehr. This tea is made using a higher assortment of the youngest tips of the tea plant. Studies have shown that Pu-Ehr will help lower cholesterol and aid in weight loss.
Tip: Rinse leaves with boiling water before use. Use 1 tsp per 6oz cup; heat fresh water to a boil; steep 2 minutes for the first infusion and longer for subsequent infusions.
