Gyokuro

The highest grade Japanese green tea. This shade grown tea is shielded from the sun several weeks before picking, so that the chlorophyll content in the leaves is increased. A full flavoured green tea that has a satisfying light refreshing character. Tending pleasantly vegetative with some briskness. Good for multiple infusions.
